LEONARD MARVEY

Leonard is a dynamic and passionate Certified Ontological Leadership Coach, Facilitator, and Entrepreneur dedicated to empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to thrive by unlocking their full potential through transformative coaching. He hold the (ICF) International coaching federation ACC credential. Leonard believes that each person has untapped potential beyond their current level of self-awareness and that by understanding their strengths and learning how to develop and apply them, each person can create meaningful, fulfilling lives while maximizing their impact.

As the founder of Newway Coaching Consulting , he leads transformative initiatives that are crucial for client growth, effectivenss and success. His expertise lies in the interpersonal aspects of business development, focusing on how relationships, conversations and leadership, influence team dynamics and business results. He leverages his entrepreneurial experience and professional coaching expertise to provide powerful insights, helping clients to navigate change, enhance collaboration and cultivate environment conducive to connect, contribute and thrive. 

Leonard’s coaching style is characterized by his enthusiasm, curiosity, warm and a distinctive mixture of support and challenge. His natural ability to connect with clients and foster a safe, trusting environment often results in profound, transformative change in both personal and professional spheres. Leonard commitment to continuous learning and service is reflected in his guiding philosophy: to teach as he learns, give as he receives, and serve as he leads.

MICHELLE EDWARDS

Michelle is an ontologically trained professional coach who coaches individuals at different levels of organisations, ranging from young graduates starting their careers, through to executives in senior leadership positions.

She partners with organisations to design and facilitate leadership development programs that suit different organisational needs. Michelle also works with private individuals looking to overcome various challenges and plays an important role in the ontological coach training program.

She supports her clients to become skillful at taking care of what matters most to them. This is a process of learning about themselves and their Way of Being in the world. It is an exploration of what lies behind how they observe and perceive different situations in life and how that impacts on their success, happiness and what they see as possible for themselves.
